Required Documents for the faculty Application
1-The original certificate of secondary schools and five photo copies of it
2-1- original copy of birth certificate and five photocopies of it
3-The original copy of nomination card
4-Eight personal photos
5-A copy of the student’s national ID card and (5) copies
6-A copy of the parent’s national ID card and (5) copies
7 -The military service card (form 6)plus (form2) (for male students)
College admission and registration requirements
English department
The student must get at least in English subject in the secondary schools 46 degree out of 50
French department
The students join it without admission rules, if they study it as a first foreign language, but for those who didn’t study before it must at least get 39 out of 40 marks
German Department
The student who wants to join German department would have studied German as a first foreign language and got 39 degree out of 40
Italian department
The student who wants to join Italian department would have studied Italian language at secondary school and got 46 out of 50 degrees
Persian and Hebrew departments
Persian and Hebrew departments have no admission terms for joining them
How to obtain the ID card
1-Complete the medical examination
2-Get the payment receipt form student affairs office
3-Pay the tuition in treasury office of the faculty and bring the payment receipt
4-Give a copy of your payment receipt and a personal photo to the student affairs office
5-Receive the university ID within a week

Turkish Language Department
Rewards and prizes for high achievers
1-The top 30 brilliant secondary schools students, science section, and top ten in literary sections and top five in the technical secondary schools, are granted 120 pounds annually
2-The new students of secondary and technical schools who get 80% at least in the exams of the secondary
Schools are granted 84 pounds
3-If the previously mentioned students got very good grade every year at their faculties they got the same rewards annually, but if they got excellent grade they get 120 pounds and 60 pounds in good grade condition
4-The student gets the previously mentioned rewards in the next year of getting the previously mentioned grades and the rewards is repeated annually if the students meet the conditions
5-These rewards are paid at the end of the academic year and to the inheritors if the student passed away
6-The reward referred to in this article shall be paid in one lump sum at the end of the academic year, and the reward referred to ,shall be paid in one lump sum to the student’s heirs if he dies after becoming entitled to it.
7-The preceding provisions, with the exception of those stated in the first paragraph, shall apply to new students from the Arab Republic of Egypt who have successfully completed the General Secondary Education Certificate examination conducted under the supervision of the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt in any other country.
